Cleaning and conditioning of the maize is an important step in the processing of maize. Cleaning refers to the removal of foreign material and all that is not maize kernels from the to-be milled grain.These foreign materials lower the quality of the product. Examples of foreign materials are husk, straw, dust, sand and everything too big or too small and lighter than a maize kernel. It also refers to the removal of poisonous seeds, and material harmful to the milling equipment. Examples are metal and stones.

Required final products

Conditioning refers to the addition of moisture to the maize to allow the bran to be peeled off in flakes during milling with plate or roller mills, allowing easy separation in a sifter and most importantly to add mass to the meal.

The degerminator is designed to scrub the bran skin off the maize and dislodge the germ from its cavity with minimum reduction in size of broken fragments.

The destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones ,pebbles, glass and other high-density matter from the stream of grain.

The Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival is here . This is one of the most celebrated Chinese festivals. This year it will be a 3 day holiday .The history of the mid-autumn festival is based on three famous stories about it. Besides the different stories the festival reunites families and beloved ones and here at Shijiazhuang Hongdefa Machinery our clients are our beloved ones and today we are spreading love to all of you.

The mid autumn festival is a symbol and celebration for different activities based on the 3 stories of the past. Some believe that long back there once was hunger in a Chinese dynasty.The hunger was caused by great heat which was coming from about 9 suns. The King then asked a warrior to shoot down the other suns and just leave one sun. The warrior Hou Yi went and shot al the other suns and only left one. The King was very happy and awarded him with a pill that would give Hou yi immortality. Hou Yi did not take the pill because he did not want to be separated with the love of his life , his wife .

One day when Hou Yi was away someone tried to steal the immortality pill and his wife inorder to protect it swallowed the pill. The wife Chang’e then gained immortality and flew to the moon. Hou Yi to show love for his wife would offer offerings and gifts to the moon and with time this became a culture for most Chinese people. It is believed that it is during the Mid-Autumn Festival that Hou Yi and Chang’e are reunited which is why during this festival people reunite with their families.

When families get together they celebrate by eating moon cakes to honor the moon. Some Chinese people will offer sacrifices to the moon to celebrate this festival. Hey there, I hope I find you well and hope you have already visited our sites, liked and followed our pages on Facebook, twitter, google+, LinkedIn etc. If you have not yet done that I am sure after reading this article and realizing what you have been missing on you will visit our sites and pages. In my last post I gave a brief introduction of our company as a whole. In this article I am going to take you a little deeper into one of our productions, the maize mill.

The maize mill is used to mill maize to get maize grits, maize samp, sifted maize meal, maize flour and roller meal depending on our preferences. To ensure that we enjoy these maize products a certain quality must be attained in the milling process. To ensure that this quality is obtained in the milling process one must use Hongdefa mills for their milling.

Why Hongdefa mills and not any other manufacturer? The answer is simple, because at Hongdefa quality and development in our products is our major mission. This serves to ensure all of you our clients that indeed with a Hongdefa maize meal you will not go wrong. 24T/24H maize mill delivery to Uganda

We finished the container loading for the 24t/24h maize mill for our Uganda client.
The client plan to come to visit our factory in the beginning of the year, but unfortunately there is some problem on his blood pressure.
So he asked me to take care of all the things for his machine.
Now finally we loaded the container and will send to him soon.
His workshop already finished and once the maize milling machine arrive, we will send our engineer to do the installation for him.

Hope this maize mill machine can be installed soon.
