Tomatoes, which are a staple in Nigerian diets and are primarily grown in northern Kaduna state, cost $1.20 per basket three months ago. They now are over $40 per basket. An exotic and hard-to-kill pest, Tuta Absoluta or the Tomato Leaf Miner, hasravaged the crop.
That is really too big strike on the local farmers who plant tomato.
We do the agriculture machine of maize mill and wheat milling machine, so we totally understand how big influence this plague of insects take. Always heard from our client that they have to stop the investment of the maize milling business because of the lack of maize.
It is said some officials of the ministry had been sent to Kenya to liaise with experts and return with the best way of arresting the situation.

These days there are some news about RD Congo, many things happened in this country. The Congo people had experienced a long time war and Political instability.
That reminded me about our time in Congo.
Some years ago we had our own maize milling machine factory in Kinshasa and we sell the maize flour to Congo people directly. It is really good time these days, specially when the Christmas holiday come. The big Mama will Panic buying the maize flour. It is really crazy but exited.

Yesterday my Zambia client arranged the deposit for the 20t/24h maize mill machine. He even had not visited our factory.

The maize mill is used to mill maize to get maize grits, maize samp, sifted maize meal, maize flour and roller meal depending on our preferences. four containers of 100T/24H maize mill finally finished the loading yesterday. Today will do the custom clearance, hope everything goes well!
This 100t/24h maize mill line is for Zimbabwe client and it is complete line, from cleaning milling to auto-packing system.

Corn mill machine line is from 5t/24h to 2000t/24h capacity with different
configuration and price. All the corn mill machine is complete line, including

The degerminator can remove the skin and germ, and get the super white corn flour.

The 5t/d corn mill line is the small capacity, it use small place and low cost. If you have not any experience but want to start the corn maize milling machine business, the 5TPD is one good choice.
It is small but also complete line, can process the raw maize and corn to good quality corn maize flour.
It suits in the rural place and the small farm or home use.
2, 10T/24H corn mill machine
This 10t/d corn mill line is installed in Zambia,it had run more than 5 years and produced Breakfast meal and roller meal for Zambia client to make Nshima and other food.
